PounceFitBody assessment software.
PounceFit is body assessment software for your computer (Windows, macOS and Linux). It estimates body composition from skinfolds or from a Bluetooth bioimpedance scale, tracks each client's progress and builds a PDF report with your brand.
What the software does.
Every part can be turned on or off. The app only shows what you use.

- Bioimpedance scaleLive weight over Bluetooth. Body fat, lean mass, water, muscle, visceral fat and basal metabolic rate.
- Circumferences, blood pressure and strengthRight and left sides, blood pressure with a category and an estimated 1RM from reps.
- Lab results and photosGlucose, triglycerides, LDL and HDL, lab reports as PDFs and photos from 4 angles to compare.
- ProgressCharts per method and a Compare screen with two assessments side by side.
- Report and emailShort or full PDF with your name, logo, color and license number. Sent from your Gmail.
Where to measure, no memorizing.
The app shows each skinfold site on a body chart and, before you finish, flags anything still missing.
Curious about the math? Try the Jackson & Pollock 7-site calculator, which uses the same formula as the app.
Your data stays on your computer.
No account, no login and no server holding client data. Assessments work offline.
The app only goes online to activate the license, send email and check for updates. Automatic backups run every week, password protected, to a folder you pick.

No. It is a desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux. Clients don't use the app; they get their results as a PDF, by email or on paper.
Does it need an internet connection?
Only to activate and renew the license, send email and check for updates. Adding clients, running assessments and creating PDFs all work offline.

Which skinfold protocols does it calculate?
Jackson & Pollock 7-site (the default), Jackson & Pollock 3-site, Guedes 3-site, Faulkner 4-site and Durnin & Womersley 4-site. To pick between the two Jackson & Pollock options, read 3-site vs 7-site: which to use.
